Representative Cissna brought up reconsideration of the vote on HCS            
CSSB 162(JUD) (page 2892).                                                     
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 162(JUD)                                  
"An Act relating to the rule against perpetuities, nonvested                  
property interests, and powers of appointment; and providing for               
an effective date."                                                            
                                                                               
**Representative Davies had been previously excused from a call of             
the House today (page 2900).                                                   
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall HCS CSSB 162(JUD) pass the
